Send a support request ↓We aim to send an initial reply within 24 hours. Resolution time depends on the issue; this is not a 24/7 live support service.
Visit the app page to request a trial or demo. Our team will confirm the setup steps, supported features and plan for your store. The app page describes a 14-day trial; confirm its terms with our team before starting.
Ask our team for the onboarding steps for your app account. Where Amazon authorisation is required, sign in on Amazon’s own page and review the app name and requested permissions before approving. Never send your Seller Central password, one-time codes or API credentials through this support form, email or WhatsApp.
Check that you are using the intended seller account and marketplace and that you are authorised to approve app access. Record the error message and when it occurred, including your time zone. Contact us with those details; do not repeatedly approve unfamiliar apps or permissions.
Tell us which accounts and marketplaces you manage. Availability and account limits depend on your setup and plan; our team will confirm support before you connect additional accounts.
Confirm the marketplace, date range, time zone and filters first. Newly connected accounts and some reports may need time to update. Sync timing varies by feature and data source. If the issue continues, send the affected report or feature name, period and time you last saw an update. Do not include buyer information.
Update frequency depends on the tracking feature and your plan. Compare the same ASIN, keyword and marketplace, and check any update timestamp shown in the app. Rankings can vary by location and time. Ask support to confirm the refresh schedule for your account.
Review suggestions against your actual product details, brand guidelines and Amazon category requirements before using them. Check facts, dimensions, claims and wording. AI-generated text can contain errors and does not guarantee search rank, sales or policy compliance.
The app page describes on-demand reporting and team features on eligible plans. Tell us which reports, accounts and sharing needs you have so we can confirm availability. Remove customer information before sharing an example with support.
The app describes support for account health, listing or policy issues and inventory-related workflows. Availability, delivery channels and settings depend on your setup. Tell us which alert you want to enable or adjust. Continue checking Seller Central for official notifications and deadlines.
Use app insights to help prioritise your review. Seller Central is the place to check Amazon’s official account status, policy notices and required actions. If an app value looks inconsistent, send us the marketplace and the name of the metric without including customer data.
Contact us using the email associated with your app account. Include the plan you want to change or the invoice reference, if available. We will confirm pricing, applicable taxes, supported payment methods and when a change would take effect before proceeding. Do not send card details.
Send a request under “Billing or cancellation” using your account email. Ask us to confirm the cancellation date, any remaining charges and the terms that apply to your subscription. Refund eligibility depends on your agreed terms. Removing Amazon access and cancelling billing are separate actions.
In Seller Central, open the area used to manage authorised apps, find Profit Pepper and use the available option to revoke or disable authorisation. Amazon’s menu labels can vary. If you cannot find the app, contact us for help. Revoking access does not by itself cancel your subscription or submit a data deletion request.
Choose “Data access or deletion” in the form or email support@profitpepper.net from your account email. Specify whether your request concerns the app account, stored data or both. We will verify the request and confirm the scope, applicable retention requirements and next steps. Do not include identity documents unless a secure verification method has been agreed.
Contact support@profitpepper.net for information about the data needed for your chosen features, how it is handled and the applicable app privacy terms. The notice below explains this support form; it is not a complete app data policy. Resolve any questions before granting account access.
Email support@profitpepper.net with the subject “Security concern — Profit Pepper app”. Describe what you observed and when, without sending credentials, tokens or customer data. If you suspect your Amazon account is compromised, use Amazon’s account security and support channels promptly. Ask us for a suitable secure method before sharing sensitive evidence.
Try a shorter search, such as “account” or “reports”, or tell our team what you need.
Contact support ↓Use Seller Central for official Amazon cases, appeals and deadlines. Profit Pepper can help with its app, but cannot reverse an Amazon decision or replace Amazon Seller Support.
