Minimum intervention, clear responsibilities
We handle the listing work.
You provide the facts and documents.
We reduce repeated data entry and coordination. Some information and approvals still need to come from you or your authorised team.
Account and business information: Provide the accurate registration details and documents Amazon requests. Keep ownership of your account and complete any verification that needs you personally.
Product and category documents: Requirements depend on the product and marketplace. For example, Amazon India asks for FSSAI details for grocery listings. BIS certification may apply where the product is covered by mandatory certification requirements. We identify the relevant document requests; you provide valid supporting records.
Missing product facts: Confirm details not available on your website, such as package dimensions, weight, manufacturer information or exact pack contents. Share suitable replacement assets when existing images cannot be used.
Commercial decisions: Approve selling prices, stock quantities, fulfilment choices and any product claims that need confirmation. Give us permission to use the content and images supplied for the work.
Certification, testing and legal or tax filings are separate unless expressly agreed. Amazon controls verification and approvals. Requirements can change; check Amazon’s food listing guidance ↗ and BIS’s current certification information ↗ as relevant. Do not send passwords, OTPs or sensitive documents through the enquiry form.
